These Terms of Service govern the use of our website and the purchase of products operated by Poppies and Stars Lda (VAT number: 515389404), registered at Rua do Alecrim 84-86, 1200-018 Lisbon, Portugal.

An order is only considered accepted once you receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in situations including:
- pricing or stock errors
- suspected fraud
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout
- Payments are processed by secure third-party providers (such as Shopify Payments, MB Way, etc.)
5. Shipping
We ship within Portugal and internationally.
Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Risk for the order transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.
6. Returns and Exchanges
In accordance with Portuguese law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
However, The Unboring Store does not provide cash refunds.
Returns are accepted exclusively in the following forms:
- exchange for another item
- issuance of a gift card for the corresponding amount
Conditions:
- unused product
- original packaging
Return shipping costs:
- are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective items
7. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content (including images, text, and branding) belongs to The Unboring Store or the respective creators.
No content may be used without prior authorization.
