Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays), processing times may experience slight delays.

We work with selected shipping carriers to ensure a reliable service.

Available shipping methods are displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Mainland Portugal: 1–3 business days
  • Islands (Azores & Madeira): 3–7 business days
  • International (Europe): 5–10 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on:

  • destination
  • package weight/volume

We may occasionally offer free shipping campaigns under specific conditions.

5. Order Tracking

Whenever available, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your order.

6. Delivery Delays and Issues

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery control becomes their responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • customs procedures
  • external events (strikes, weather conditions, etc.)

However, we will always do our best to assist in resolving any issue.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

8. Undelivered Orders

If an order is not delivered and is returned to us:

  • we will contact you to arrange reshipment
  • additional shipping costs may apply
